Modern Hospitality Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated hospitality professional to join our team as a Wait Staff member.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety, and working collaboratively with the front and back of house teams to ensure seamless restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in all operational aspects of the restaurant to ensure smooth running and exceptional customer service.
  • Oversee front and back of house restaurant operations, ensuring that all areas are well maintained and presented.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally.
  • Maintain health code compliance and sanitation standards at all times.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good knowledge of food and beverage principles.
  • High level of customer service and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure in challenging situations.
  • Current RSA certification.
