About this role:

Job Description

This position is ideal for a professional who can deliver high-quality support to the hospitality function within a care home.

The successful candidate will be responsible for catering, cleaning and laundry duties, maintaining legislated workplace health and safety, quality and hygiene standards.

Key responsibilities include completing required documentation and reporting, responding to residents' queries and requests, and performing various tasks related to food preparation, serving meals and snacks, clearing dining areas, dishwashing, general cleaning, mopping, vacuuming, and waste collection.

We are seeking an individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, flexible availability for a variety of shifts throughout the week, and an understanding of work health, safety and hygiene practices, able to work unsupervised.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Prior experience in catering or food services, or cleaning is preferred but not essential. A team player with a passion for delivering exceptional service to our residents is highly desirable.
