Job Overview

The Physical Security Operations Centre (PSOC) is a critical component of our organisation's security strategy. As the Physical SOC Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the design, development, and implementation of the PSOC from certification to operational phases.

This role requires a strong understanding of physical security concepts, including threat assessment, risk management, and vulnerability mitigation. You will need to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing security protocols and systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive security plans to protect people, assets, and facilities
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and assess potential security risks
  • Designing and implementing effective security measures to mitigate identified risks
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards
