About the Role

We are seeking a Retail Leader to join our team and drive the day-to-day running of our online department. This is an excellent opportunity to take your retail leadership experience to the next level and contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This role will involve working closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets, maintain high standards of customer service, and ensure seamless order fulfillment. You will have the opportunity to develop and coach a team of Personal Shoppers, taking pride in contributing to a welcoming and inspiring customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the online department, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences through efficient order fulfillment and outstanding customer service
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and stock management
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Recruit, train, and coach a team of Personal Shoppers to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting collaboration and recognition among team members
About You:
  • Proven leadership experience in retail or a related field, with a strong track record of coaching and developing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction and continuous improvement
