Rural Products Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Support Officer to join our Rural Products team on a full-time permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, have a strong understanding of agriculture products and be able to work independently with good time management skills.

About the Role
  • Provide exceptional customer service and logistics support to the Branch Rural Products team.
  • Assist in the safe storage of rural products.
  • Handle, receive and dispatch store stock.
  • Perform rural products sales (in-store) as well as general shed and yard duties.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service: Provide high-quality customer service to customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  2. Rural Product Management: Assist in the management of rural products, including safe storage, handling and dispatching.
  3. Logistics Support: Provide logistical support to the Branch Rural Products team, including assisting with the receipt and dispatch of store stock.
  4. Sales and Customer Service: Perform rural products sales (in-store) and provide customer service to customers.
  5. General Shed and Yard Duties: Perform general shed and yard duties, including cleaning and maintaining equipment.
About You
  • You have a proven track record of providing excellent customer service and working independently with good time management skills.
  • You have a strong understanding of agriculture products and can demonstrate this through your experience and knowledge.
  • You are able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly and respectfully with colleagues and customers.
  • You are able to lift heavy items and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are committed to ongoing learning and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
