Supporting Independence

We are seeking Home Care Workers to assist elderly individuals in living independently in their own homes. This role involves providing domestic assistance and social services, including organizing outings, cooking, pet care, cleaning, gardening, and transportation.

About the Role

As a Home Care Worker, you will focus on supporting our customers to maintain their independence and connection to the community. You will review care plans to understand their goals and needs, use an app to track important information, and identify potential hazards to ensure their safety.

We're Looking for People with These Qualities:

  • Experience working within the Aged Care sector, preferably with a Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support.
  • A passion for helping vulnerable individuals live independent and fulfilling lives.
  • Friendly and respectful relationships-building skills, with a strong commitment to dignity and privacy.
  • The ability to work independently, using a smartphone to communicate with clients and manage tasks.
  • A current Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle, with regular travel required as part of the role.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, particularly in Arabic or Mandarin, are highly valued.
