The OpportunityWe're seeking a Community Disability Support Worker located in Shepparton. You will be responsible for supporting a customer with daily living tasks, enabling them to live an independent and holistic life.
Key Responsibilities- Providing support in everyday activities around the home
- Providing support with hygiene and personal care
- Assistance, support, and chaperoning activities outside the home environment
- Assisting with medication compliance, which may include the dispensation of prescription medication
- Meal assistance, which may include meal preparation
- A minimum qualification of a Certificate III in Individual Support
- At least one year of experience as a Disability Support Worker
- NDIS Clearance, First Aid (3 yrs), CPR (12 months) & National police clearance - or willingness to obtain
- Comprehensive Car Insurance
- Reliable vehicle and licence
