
Service Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled operations management professional to join our team. As an Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services.
- Coordinate Service Delivery: Manage service movements for scheduled services, maintenance, and operational needs.
- Manage Crew and Vehicle Changeovers: Respond quickly to breakdowns, delays, and staffing changes.
- Support Frontline Staff: Assist with routine and emergency situations.
- Maintain Operational Records: Accurately record incidents, service disruptions, and performance analysis.
- Assist with Charter Allocations: Quote and coordinate with the Sales Support team.
- Foster a High-Performance Culture: Engage with staff to promote a safety-focused environment.
About You:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in operations coordination, ideally with supervisory exposure.
- Driver's License: Current C class driver's license (MR license preferred or willingness to obtain).
- Certifications: Valid State Driving Authority and Working with Children Check, First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to lead and support teams in high-pressure situations.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive problem-solving skills and a focus on continuous improvement.
