We are seeking an experienced professional to support the Australia-Pacific Partnerships for Aviation (P4A) program in strengthening the Pacific aviation sector.
About the Role:- This key role will involve providing advisory services to the P4A program and working collaboratively with Ministries, regulators, airport authorities, and airlines across the region.
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of significant working experience in the field of aviation and knowledge of the Pacific Island countries' aviation sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical advice and guidance to support program outcomes and quality decision-making framework for the national aviation sector.
- Work closely with stakeholders to build partner capability and identify coordination opportunities between donors and other relevant actors in the sector.
- Develop and deliver reports, briefing papers, and other outputs as required by the DFAT team.
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of significant working experience in one or more areas of expertise related to aviation.
- Experience working in Pacific Island countries or a similar operating environment is highly desirable.
