">In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional and compassionate care to patients within the Obstetrics and Gynaecology Unit at Mater Private Hospital Rockhampton.
">Your key responsibilities will involve:
">- Providing high-quality patient care by applying nursing and midwifery clinical skills and contemporary knowledge to support optimal care outcomes through care coordination, collaboration and communication within the scope of professional competence">
- Cultivating meaningful partnerships with patients and their support network to ensure individual needs are met with compassion and understanding.">
- Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments and crafting personalized care plans to achieve optimal outcomes for each patient.">

About You

- Brings prior working experience relevant to patient-centred care environment/speciality commensurate with level of seniority required to meet the workforce needs">
- Has a currency of life support skills applicable to patient-centred care environment/specialty">
- Provide comprehensive care and support to women during the antenatal and postnatal periods">
- Demonstrated experience in birth suites and special care nursery, caring for neonates from 32 weeks' gestation and above">
