
Compassionate Healthcare Professional Wanted

We are seeking a dedicated healthcare professional to provide high-quality care to our clients in their homes.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and address the needs of our clients, fostering strong connections with them and their families.
- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to meet the unique requirements of each client.
- Deliver nursing care and support services as needed, prioritizing client satisfaction and well-being.
- Handle information requests, feedback, and general enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation in our databases and software systems.
- Cultivate an understanding of relevant health, aged, and disability care policies and regulations, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal agencies.
- Implement and maintain operational systems, including Visual Care, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Promote best practices in caregiver management, encouraging ongoing professional development within the team.
- Collaborate with the accounts department to ensure accurate billing aligned with client care plans.
- Maintain strict adherence to occupational health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- RN in community nursing with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience and current AHPRA registration.
- Previous experience working in the aged care, disability, or mental health sectors in a community setting is highly desirable.
- A solid understanding of aged care and disability standards, as well as consumer-directed care principles, is essential.
- First Aid and CPR certifications, along with a National police check, are mandatory.
- The ability to obtain a Working With Children (WWC) clearance is also required.
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance are necessary for this role.
- High computer literacy skills are essential for efficient record-keeping and communication.
- Familiarity with clinical governance and continuous improvement strategies is beneficial.
- A positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and excellent interpersonal skills are vital for success in this position.
