Job Title

We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Rostering Coordinator to join our Centralised Workforce Planning team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, have a curious and process driven approach, and an analytical solution focussed mindset.

  • The successful applicant will be responsible for managing after hours rostering, ensuring adherence to rosters principles and maintaining a high standard of support to the business and care for residents.
  • This role is critical in developing strong relationships with employees to positively influence minimising absenteeism and accurately assessing the level of urgency to backfill.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage after hours rostering including coordination and utilisation of casual workforce.
  2. Develop strategies to improve rostering efficiency and productivity.
  3. Maintain accurate records and data reports related to rostering.
Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or experience working in a similar administrative rostering/scheduler role.
  • Good understanding of Enterprise Agreements or Modern Awards.
  • Previous experience using a rostering time and attendance system.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
