Business Intelligence Data Analyst

Key responsibilities include reviewing and mapping existing business processes and procedural documentation within the team, developing and maintaining accurate reports, data visualisation dashboards, and software packages to support internal stakeholders in delivering their business objectives.

- Develop and maintain accurate reports, data visualisation dashboards, and software packages to support internal stakeholders in delivering their business objectives.
- Design and develop clear and user-friendly instruction materials.
- Conduct data analysis, identify and investigate data issues, cleanse and prepare data to support ongoing business process improvement and sound decision-making.
The successful applicant will have excellent written and oral communication and analytical skills, with a track record of producing clear, concise and persuasive documents for executive audiences.
They will also have in-depth knowledge of SQL Server, T-SQL, Power Bi or other related business intelligence, data extracting, reporting or manipulation software and tools.
Strong technical skills in data collection, consolidation, and analytics including experience using business intelligence, data warehousing, and enterprise content management systems are required.
Highly developed stakeholder management skills including the ability to negotiate, influence, consult, and communicate effectively to support business change and drive the rapid adoption of new concepts.
