  • Work closely with our strategy team to analyze and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Provide exceptional client service and communicate effectively with clients daily.
  • Take charge of community management for our clients, managing their online presence and responding to comments and messages.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and platform updates to ensure we remain at the forefront of the industry.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-4 years' experience in social media with a proven track record of successful campaigns in relevant categories/brands.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate and be involved in making great work.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Resilience, a team orientation, and a sense of humor.
