Social Media Care Expert Position

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our dynamic digital community. As an expert in social media care, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service across various platforms.
The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume, high-visibility customer service environments, with a solid understanding of popular social media platforms.
Key responsibilities include monitoring, moderating, and engaging with customers across various digital platforms, as well as handling complaints and providing timely solutions while upholding brand values.
Required skills and qualifications include excellent communication and time-management skills, along with meticulous attention to detail and diligence in consistently following up on open subjects/cases.
This role fosters skill-sharing, collaboration, and innovative solutions. You will work closely with Senior Social Media Experts to handle initial interactions and support high-risk, sophisticated cases.
- Monitor, moderate, and engage with customers across various digital platforms.
- Support enquiries through both inbound and outbound channels, including voice and digital platforms.
- Handle complaints and provide timely solutions while upholding brand values to prevent escalations.
