Job Opportunity: Educational Leader

The role of Educational Leader is designed for an experienced professional who can inspire, motivate and maintain a positive learning culture within the centre. This individual will support educators to assess each child's learning and development, critically reflect on educational pedagogy as part of everyday practice and maintain effective communication with parents.

  • Key responsibilities include supporting educators in assessing children's learning and development, reflecting on educational pedagogy and maintaining effective communication with parents.

This role requires:

  • A Bachelor of Teaching or Diploma qualification in early childhood education, including relevant experience in programming and inspiring a positive learning culture.
  • NSW Employee Working With Children Check
  • A strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards, excellent verbal and written communication skills.

About the Centre

Our purpose-built centre operates Monday to Friday, 7am-6pm, licensed for up to 63 children per day, aged from 6 weeks to 5 years.

Our vision is to create lifelong learning experiences through a rich and stimulating environment where children and their families feel secure and supported.
