Lifelong Learning Portfolio Lead

This role is responsible for the effective management of the lifelong learning portfolio, encompassing online and short courses.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage sessional academic administration processes from contracting to payment in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure financial operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and organisational agreements and policies.
- Establish productive working relationships with schools, faculties, divisions, and external partners.
- Collaborate on team projects aimed at optimising operations and processes.
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline, preferably with postgraduate qualifications or equivalent knowledge.
- Demonstrated understanding of higher-education administrative practices and governance frameworks.
- Experience developing project plans, including evaluation and implementation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to conceptualise innovative solutions.
- High-level organisational skills with proven ability to deal with multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
