Digital Preservation Specialist

The successful candidate will contribute to the ingest and management of digital assets in a digital preservation system, utilizing a range of hardware and software systems for analysis and identification.
Key responsibilities include research and complex problem solving to provide expert advice in the technical assessment, extraction, migration, and/or emulation of digital collections.
The ideal candidate will develop and implement workflows, including writing and executing scripts according to established application development standards.
Maintaining strong collaborative relationships with business units, vendors, and stakeholders is essential for this role.
The successful candidate will also support the development of digital preservation capacity by identifying needs and opportunities.
