Job Overview

Norco is Australia's oldest and largest dairy co-operative, with 130 years of experience in Australian dairy and agriculture.

As a Sales Specialist, you will be part of our dynamic team at the Dungog Retail Store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advisory and sales services to clients and build business partnerships through sound technical advice.
  • Source new customers to achieve branch KPIs and sales targets.
  • Manage inventory, including ordering, receipting, stocktake and dispatch.
  • Process sales and generate quotes.
  • Deliver products to customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • An enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with great customer service and sales experience.
  • Able to meet deadlines while balancing work and maintaining a keen interest in an agricultural environment.
  • Strong skills in customer service and sales, with experience in rural retail and warehousing (highly desirable).
  • Demonstrated understanding of the rural industry and excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical skills in Agricultural Science, Animal Health or Agronomy are an advantage.
  • Computer literacy skills, including Microsoft Office, POS and administration skills.
  • Physically fit to perform manual handling aspects of the role and a strong focus on Work Health & Safety.
  • A valid driver's license and forklift licence or willingness to obtain one.
