Job Title

Data Engineering Manager Position Summary:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineering Manager to lead our team in designing and implementing innovative data-centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the development of cloud-native, event-driven microservices using Python, Java, or other backend technologies.
  2. Design and develop modern data platforms leveraging AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Databricks, or Snowflake.
  3. Mentor junior engineers in advanced SQL and database skills, as well as software development fundamentals.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and drive technical strategy.
  5. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and methodologies to ensure the team remains at the forefront of industry developments.
Requirements
  • 4-7 years of experience in Data and/or Software Engineering.
  • Hands-on experience in Python, Java, or other backend technologies.
  • Advanced SQL and database skills.
  • Strong software development fundamentals, including version control, unit testing, and CI/CD practices.
  • Solid understanding of data fundamentals, with experience in databases, data warehouses, data lakes, or other storage solutions.
