Junior Estimator Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Junior Estimator. As a Junior Estimator, you will be responsible for working closely with the Estimating Manager to help with a large level of tenders.

The successful applicant will have a strong understanding of construction management principles and practices, with experience working in a similar capacity for a recognized Australian building contractor.

About the Role
  • Supervise subcontractor tender prices in a timely manner
  • Take off's and Bills of Quantities
  • Packaging and manage Proposal documentation and drawings
  • Reading plans and supporting the Estimating Manager in the preparation of tenders
Requirements
  • Construction Management or Project Management degree
  • 2 years experience working for a recognized Australian Building Contractor in a similar capacity
  • Exposure to Buildsoft / Cubit - highly advantageous
  • Experience managing end to end tender process - highly advantageous
