You will manage debtor portfolios, engage professionally with clients, and maintain accurate records of collection activities.
This involves meeting with partners to address outstanding accounts, making recommendations as needed, and escalating accounts appropriately.
Additionally, you will work closely with internal stakeholders across all levels to ensure credit practices align with firm standards and policies.
You will also be responsible for processing adjustments and reallocations, resolving client fee queries within agreed timeframes, and managing the Accounts Receivable mailbox.
This role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent customer service and negotiation abilities, and confidence in working with senior stakeholders.
You should have strong time management and organisational skills, demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach, and be able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain assigned debtor portfolio
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities

- Maintaining accurate records of collection activities and all communications, including those with clients and internal stakeholders
- Meeting with partners to address outstanding accounts and make recommendations as needed
- Escalating accounts as appropriate, including recommending credit provisions, work stoppages, final demands, or referrals for legal action
