Job Description

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional onboarding experiences to merchants. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

The Onboarding Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring seamless integration with our partners, meeting operations-based SLA targets, and escalating implementation challenges as needed.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Meet or exceed operations-based SLA targets
  • Act with a sense of urgency when engaging with stakeholders
  • Effectively communicate time limitations when necessary
  • Immediately raise to line manager any at-risk SLA deliverables
  • Own, maintain, and update assigned onboarding SOPs
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline
  • Relevant, current work experience in lieu of a degree may be considered
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Suite tools; Drive, GMail, Calendar, and Sheets
  • Proficient with updating Jira boards and/or Confluence pages
