Senior Information Technology Specialist

This role involves providing advanced technical expertise in planning, architecture, implementation, integration and maintenance of ICT Infrastructure, including servers and storage on premise, cloud and ICT networks. This involves leading the development and execution of strategic technology plans to drive business growth and improvement.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic technology plans to drive business growth and improvement.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to team members.
- Manage external contractors and vendors.
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Provide high-quality IT project management and advisory services.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in a relevant field.
- Experience with ICT infrastructure, including support and maintenance of complex VMware environments, Active Directories and ICT networks.
- Current Project Management certification.
Technical Skills:
- Certified Professional in Project Management (PMP).
- Expertise in VMware environment management, Active Directory, and ICT networks.
- Strong understanding of ICT security principles and best practices.
Personal Qualities:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
