Job Title: Warehouse Supply Chain Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at Allan Hall Business Advisors. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating stock requirements, managing warehouse activities, and leading a team of warehouse production staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate stock requirements with Regional and Branch Managers to ensure timely deliveries and maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Manage warehouse operations, supervise 3-4 production staff, and monitor stock levels to provide lead time advice in weekly sales meetings.
  • Conduct monthly cycle stock takes and end-of-year branch stock takes to ensure data accuracy.
  • Organize courier and deliveries, liaising with Danpal personnel and customers on schedules.
  • Perform daily data entry to maintain Oracle and Salesforce system accuracy.
  • Additional tasks as directed by the National Logistics Manager and Branch Manager.

Requirements:

  • Degree, certificate, or diploma in Supply Chain or similar is a requirement.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, with Oracle experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 25kgs and be on your feet.
  • Competence in MS Office and strong administrative skills.
  • Experience in window/roofing/cladding is a plus, but not essential.
  • Must be an Australian/New Zealand resident or citizen (no sponsorship available).
