Senior Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) Engineer

Talent International is seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) Engineer to join our team in Richmond or Geelong office. As a key member of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) function, you will play a pivotal role in leading the design, implementation, and optimization of a major customer identity and access management project within an Azure and AWS Cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation and optimization of a major customer identity and access management project, focusing on external and customer user registration, authentication, authorization, and user profile management.
  • Work independently on competing and often urgent tasks to achieve agency CIAM outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into effective CIAM configurations.
  • Configure and manage CIAM features, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and security best practices.
  • Optimize the CIAM solution for scalability, performance, and user experience, leveraging industry best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Prioritize building automations and integrations to enhance CIAM capabilities and streamline user interactions.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience and expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing customer identity and access management solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with CIAM products such as Auth0, Okta, ForgeRock, Ping, Akamai, or equivalent.
  • Experience in designing or implementing in a Cloud environment such as Azure or AWS.
  • Ability to lead and mentor junior staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
  • Demonstrated positive attitude towards people with disability, aligning with the core purpose of the organization.
  • Ability to obtain NV1 Security Clearance.
