About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Identity Oversight team, responsible for ensuring the effective management of identity and access technology across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identity Governance: Develop and implement strategies to ensure the effective management of identity and access technology, including the development of policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Control Operations: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective operation of identity and access technology controls, including the development of test plans and execution of testing activities.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with identity and access technology, including the development of risk assessments and mitigation plans.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including the Chief Controls Office, Risk, and Audit teams, to ensure effective communication and alignment on identity and access technology governance.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the effectiveness of identity and access technology governance.
Requirements
  • Strong Identity and Access Management Knowledge: Proven experience in identity and access management, including process and technology knowledge.
  • IT Audit Experience: Experience in IT audit, with a strong focus on identity and access management.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
