We are seeking a highly skilled Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist to join our team at Zone IT Solutions. As an IAM Specialist, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining IAM solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement IAM Solutions: Develop and implement IAM solutions that meet the needs of our clients, ensuring secure and efficient access to their systems and applications.
  • Manage Identity Provisioning: Oversee the process of identity provisioning, including user lifecycle management, access request workflows, and role-based access control.
  • Integrate IAM Solutions: Integrate IAM solutions with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless communication and data exchange.
  • Ensure Security and Compliance: Ensure that all IAM solutions meet the highest security and compliance standards, protecting our clients' sensitive data and systems.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and compliance, to ensure that IAM solutions align with overall business objectives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 Years of Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience working in the field of Identity and Access Management.
  • Strong IAM Knowledge: A strong understanding of IAM principles, best practices, and technologies, including Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, Ping Identity, SailPoint, and similar solutions.
  • Relevant Certifications: Relevant industry certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+, are highly desirable.
