Experienced Clinical Nursing Unit Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Nursing Unit Manager to lead our community nursing team in Parramatta.
Key Responsibilities:- Empower staff by providing guidance, support, and resources to achieve their full professional potential.
- Develop and implement effective care plans to deliver high-quality nursing care.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve community health outcomes and advocate for patient and community needs.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Leading, directing, and coordinating client care to ensure safe and efficient delivery of services.
- Managing the unit effectively to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Advancing staff through professional development and enabling others to grow and develop.
- Accepting accountability and responsibility for your own actions.
- Current Registered Nurse division 1 Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) registration.
- Relevant clinical management and leadership experience and/or qualifications or willingness to complete.
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills and the ability to motivate, manage, and develop nursing staff in a changing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate resolutions and manage conflict.
- Demonstrated excellent and effective interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate clinical services and manage change.
- Proven ability to create and maintain a positive workplace culture, articulate and achieve a vision for Community Nursing services.
- Demonstrate ability to utilise information technology within a variety of applications and willingness to undertake training.
- Current Drivers Licence valid within Australia and willingness to use for work purposes.
