Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the store and guide the team towards achieving store key performance indicators, ensuring a high level of customer service and a positive shopping experience.
  • Drive financial management and operational standards to deliver revenue, profitability, and stock integrity.
  • Manage merchandise, stock control, and stock loss prevention while fostering a productive and engaged team environment.
  • Report to the regional manager and actively drive store key performance indicators, leading by example with enthusiasm and commitment to customer service excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior retail management experience.
  • Demonstrated understanding of key performance indicators for a retail business.
  • Proven ability to lead teams effectively.
  • Effective communication and motivational techniques to guide your team.
  • Ability to achieve sales, wages, key performance indicators, and stock loss targets.
  • Understanding of rostering.
  • Capacity to train new staff, ensuring they understand expectations and can deliver.
  • Drive, commitment, and resilience to grow a new business.
  • Tyre fitting experience is highly desirable.
