About the Role

Jay Jays has an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to join as Store Manager at our Clifford Gardens store in Toowoomba. As the captain of your crew, you'll inspire your team to deliver excellent customer experiences, achieve sales goals, and maintain a vibrant store atmosphere. If you're driven to create a fun and energetic environment, we want to hear from you

This is a Full Time role with a Tuesday to Saturday roster, including late-night shifts and public holidays.

A Day in the Life

  • Lead your team to meet sales targets and KPIs.
  • Train, coach, and develop your team to reach their full potential.
  • Manage stock to minimize loss and maximize sales.
  • Implement visual merchandising strategies and promotional updates.
  • Create a safe and enjoyable environment for staff and customers.
  • Manage staffing rosters to ensure optimal coverage.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong commitment to sales and KPI achievement, with operational cost management skills.
  • Proven retail leadership experience with a record of driving sales.
  • Passion for fashion and customer service expertise.
  • Ability to coach and develop a high-performing team.
  • Visual merchandising experience and ability to work from briefs.
  • Proactive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
