Job Details

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated individual to join our Proactive Services team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring trolleys are available and stores are in pristine condition, enabling our customers to experience a clean and hygienic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete tasks in the daily planner, such as sweeping the shop floor, cleaning walls, bathrooms, trolley bays and team rooms, and emptying bins
  • Collect trolleys on foot from the car park and surrounding areas
  • Work across departments to deliver specific cleaning needs
  • Assist customers in store by answering questions or providing directions
  • Provide full training in operating a variety of equipment and tools that make the job easier and safer
Requirements
  • An ambitious mindset and a love of retail with a passion for people in a role with room to grow your career
  • Physical fitness is essential for this role, as it involves physically demanding tasks
  • Able to stand for long periods and lift loads between 5-10 kg
  • Flexibility to work in different environments such as the shop floor, fridges, freezers and car parks
  • Availability to work across Monday-Sunday and shifts starting from 6am or 5pm
  • A good eye for cleanliness and small details
