About the Job

We are seeking an ambitious and motivated individual to join our Trolley Collection Team. As a Trolley Collector, you will be responsible for collecting trolleys from car parks and surrounding suburbs, and returning them to their designated bays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive a trolley collection vehicle and collect trolleys from car parks and surrounding suburbs
  • Push trolleys up a ramp onto the trolley collection vehicle
  • Collect trolleys left in and around the store and return them to the trolley bays
  • Carry out all pre-start and handover routines for the vehicle
  • Follow all safety and operational processes and procedures related to vehicle operation and trolley collection
  • Follow all road rules and report any issues related to unretrievable trolleys
  • You may also be required to complete cleaning and waste disposal tasks
Requirements
  • An ambitious mindset, a love of retail, and a passion for people
  • A full (unrestricted) Australian drivers licence, Provisional P2 drivers licence (Green P Plates) or full International drivers Licence
  • Physical fitness is essential for this role, as you will be transitioning from driving a vehicle to physically collecting and loading trolleys throughout your shift
  • Availability to work across Monday-Sunday and shifts starting from 6am or 4pm
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team
