Support Worker – Experienced Professionals Sought for Community Service Role

The Co-Group, a charitable organisation, connects disability, aged care and community service providers with workforce solutions.

We are currently seeking Support Workers to join our team in Springfield and Coopers Plains, QLD. As a Disability and Aged Care Support Worker, you will care for participants in daily activities such as showering, domestic assistance, companionship, meal preparation, and transporting clients/participants.

About You:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passionate about support work
  • Available to work 8am - 2pm on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays
  • Willing to do short shifts/broken shifts (2-3 hours)
  • Available to start immediately

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Current Driver's License and reliable vehicle
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance / Yellow Card
  • Blue Card
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certification
  • Experience in Aged Care and/or Disability Support
  • Experience with physical disabilities, mental health, and challenging behaviours
