The Admissions Officer role at St Agnes' Catholic Parish is a key position that guides prospective residents and their families through the admissions process for our residential aged care services.
About The RoleThis position plays a vital part in providing compassionate support across all life stages, ensuring smooth and seamless client management. Key responsibilities include guiding prospective residents and their families through permanent and respite residential aged care admissions.
Key Responsibilities:- Admission Guidance: Provide expert guidance to prospective residents and their families throughout the admission process.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential records in our Customer Relationship Management system.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams, external organisations, and healthcare professionals to ensure successful care transitions.
