Role OverviewWe're seeking a skilled Portfolio Administration Manager to provide outstanding support to assets across premium office assets in Sydney. You'll be responsible for building collaborative relationships with asset teams, ensuring consistent service and excellent customer experiences.
Your Key Responsibilities- Bilateral Relationships: Foster strong connections with asset teams to drive seamless service delivery.
- Tenancy Schedules: Maintain 100% accuracy in schedules and perform monthly rent up and invoicing tasks.
- Lease Compliance: Complete outgoing adjustments, rent reviews, and lease audits in accordance with lease requirements and legislation.
- Administrative Efficiency: Drive efficiency in daily receipting, assist with debt collection, and support month-end financial procedures.
- Divisional Initiatives: Contribute to strategy implementation and divisional initiatives while adhering to reporting deadlines.
