**Job Title:** State Training Coordinator

**Overview**

The Department of Justice and Community Safety is seeking a dedicated professional to oversee and coordinate state training and assessment activities. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in training and assessment, with the ability to lead a high-performing team.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Oversight and coordination of state training and assessment activities.
  • Design and delivery of training courses to Correctional Services personnel and relevant private organisations.
  • Development and maintenance of accurate training records.

**Requirements**

  • Knowledge of Corrections Victoria mandatory training requirements and associated policies.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Full and current Victorian driver's licence or a minimum P2 driver's licence.
  • Cert. IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent is desirable.
