We are seeking an exceptional trainer to deliver high-quality training programs that make a real difference in the community.

This role involves conducting initial training reviews, assessing learner competencies, and delivering dynamic training to existing and potential clients. Flexibility with training delivery hours and willingness to travel are essential.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering high-quality services to existing and potential clients
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETING ALL DOCUMENTATION AND REPORTING TO A HIGH STANDARD
  • Making a positive contribution to the training team
  • Delivering training to participants in various environments (classroom, workplace, e-learning)

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • An accredited Mental Health First Aid Instructor qualification with Mental Health First Aid Australia
  • Qualifications in Mental Health First Aid and demonstrated experience in delivering effective training programs
  • Strong administration and office management skills
  • A current NDIS Worker Screening Check or a willingness to obtain
  • A current NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate or a willingness to obtain
  • A current Working with Children Check or a willingness to obtain
  • A current valid driver's licence and willingness to travel
