Executive Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary leader to join our advisory firm and drive strategic growth. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for setting the division's direction, championing innovation, and delivering high-quality outcomes.

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive portfolio growth and improve client satisfaction.
  • Manage a significant portfolio, providing proactive tax planning and commercial advisory services to SMEs and corporate clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues across the firm, identifying opportunities for cross-service collaboration and business development.
  • Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing team, ensuring that they have the skills and support needed to excel in their roles.
  • Oversee divisional financials, budgets, profitability, WIP, debtors, and delivery efficiency, making informed decisions to drive business success.
  • Contribute to the executive leadership group and firm-wide initiatives, sharing expertise and best practices.
Requirements:
  • A CA/CPA qualification with 10+ years of experience in public practice, including senior leadership positions.
  • Deep technical knowledge of Australian taxation structures and reporting.
  • Proven ability to develop and grow portfolios with SMEs, corporates, and HNW clients.
  • Strong leadership skills, coaching abilities, and a commitment to lifting standards and driving accountability.
  • Commercial acumen, influencing skills, and comfort operating at an executive level.
