Job Overview

We are seeking a diligent and customer-focused individual to join our Operations Team. As a Gate Operator, you will be responsible for managing public access to our sites, ensuring visitor safety, and providing exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Control public access to our sites and ensure visitors are safe while on site
  • Liaise with customers and tow truck drivers to facilitate vehicle drop-off and pickup
  • Coordinate and record all assets delivered to and departed from our site
  • Manage administration processes to provide accurate documents to customers
  • Collaborate with operational team members to deliver an outstanding experience for stakeholders

Requirements:
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using an iPad
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work occasional overtime on weekends as required
