Our Building Business Unit has proudly delivered iconic facilities across Western Australia for over a decade and with more exciting projects in the pipeline, we are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our growing project-based construction team.
What You'll Be Doing As a Site Manager, you'll be trusted to:- Lead the daily site operations to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality project delivery- Monitor construction progress, resources, and subcontractor performance across a section of works- Coordinate labour, plant, and materials in line with the Project Management Plan- Drive safety-first culture aligned with our "Safety is My Way" initiative- Conduct site meetings, toolboxes, and ensure compliance with HSEQ requirements- Mentor team members and maintain a high-performing, motivated crew- Ensure project targets for time, budget, and quality are consistently achieved What You'll Bring- 10+ years' experience in commercial construction, including delivery of projects $100 M+- Proven experience in a site supervisory or leadership role- Track record of leading large teams and subcontractor crews- Strong planning, reporting, and coordination capabilities- High attention to safety, quality, and team engagement- Sound IT, communication, and problem-solving skills- Trade background or tertiary qualifications in construction management (preferred)Why Georgiou?Backed by a culture founded on Care, Integrity, and Excellence, Georgiou is proud to be an employer of choice for professionals looking to make a meaningful impact.
