Security Management Position Overview

Job Title: Security Supervisor

This is a challenging role that requires overseeing the security operations at a large warehouse and distribution facility in Western Australia. The Security Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety and security requirements, managing CCTV and access control systems, and issuing security clearance levels.

  • Responsible for supervising staff and contractors on-site to ensure adherence to security protocols.
  • Monitor CCTV, access control, and visitor management systems to maintain site security.
  • Manage access cards, keys, and security clearance levels for staff and contractors.
  • Maintain accurate logs, including incident reports and security breach reports.
  • Assist in the coordination of security-related training and development programs for the security team.
Requirements:
  • Current WA Certificate II Security License
  • Current WA First Aid Certification
  • Full WA Driver's License
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a security supervisory or similar role
  • Proven ability to manage security systems and operations in a dynamic environment
  • Australian/New Zealand citizen or valid visa holder
  • Ability to pass a medical test
