About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a full-time Logistic Specialist Trainee to join our warehouse team in Crestmead.

As a leading supplier to the infrastructure industry, we provide customers with quality products and expert advice. We strive for customer satisfaction and employee development.

This two-year traineeship will give you the chance to become a qualified Logistic Specialist and earn your Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations - Warehousing Operations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Stock management
  • Picking and packing items
  • Unloading containers and pallets
  • Organising freight consignments
  • Processing purchase orders
  • Operating RF scanners and completing online training
  • Using pallet jacks and machinery, if certified
  • Ensuring health and safety requirements are met

About You

- Have a positive attitude and desire to learn

- Good communication skills

- Attention to detail and basic numeracy and literacy skills

- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is advantageous but not required

- Reliable and punctual

- Good safety awareness

- Driver's licence and reliable vehicle

- Forklift licence is beneficial, but we can provide training at no cost to you

- Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment medical and police check

- Be up to date with or willing to get COVID-19 vaccinations
