ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are currently seeking several full-time trainees to join us at our warehouse in Eagle Farm, Brisbane. We continuously strive to be industry leaders in customer satisfaction and in employee development.

If you're eager to learn and develop new skills, completing a qualification would be a great opportunity. This two-year traineeship will give you the opportunity to become a qualified Logistic Specialist and earn your Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations - Warehousing Operations.

You will be responsible for and contribute to:

  • Stock management
  • Picking and packing items
  • Physically unloading containers and pallets
  • Organising freight consignments
  • Processing purchase orders
  • Operating RF scanners and completing online training
  • Using pallet jacks and forklift machinery, if certified to do so
  • Ensuring health and safety requirements are met

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**
- Has the desire to learn and has a positive attitude
- Energetic and proactive, accepting of change/cross training - willingness to learn and grow
- Great communication and interpersonal skills - confidence to ask questions
- Attention to detail and basic numeracy and literacy skills
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment will be well regarded but not required
- Ambition to Wow internal & external customers
- Reliable and punctual
- Good safety awareness
- Driver's licence and own reliable vehicle
- Forklift licence well regarded but if you are prepared to learn, we would look to put you through the course at no cost to you
- Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol test and police check
- Be up to date with or willing to get COVID-19 vaccinations
