Your RoleOur Restructuring and Insolvency team sits within our Disputes and Investigations Practice and both groups are preeminent in the Asia Pacific region.
Our international reach and experience acting in cross-border situations puts us at the forefront of global trends in both commercial litigation and restructuring and insolvency.
As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to advise on:
- Large and complex corporate restructuring and workouts
- Formal insolvency administrations (including receiverships, administrations, and liquidations) for major banks, private capital funds, and leading accounting firms
- Distressed investment opportunities for private capital funds
- Cross-border restructuring and insolvency matters, working closely with our alliance partner, Linklaters
- Significant commercial litigation for leading companies
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with flexibility to work in a hybrid environment.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience working in restructuring and insolvency at a leading Australian practice or international firm
- The ability to effectively manage larger matters, develop client relationships, and participate in business development activities
- A desire to learn, grow, network, and mentor others
- Ideal candidates will have 3-6 years of post-qualification experience
