Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Data Analyst to join our team. As a Financial Data Analyst, you will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Workday Finance modules.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Workday Finance Module Management: Implement, configure, and maintain Workday Finance modules, including Core FIN, AP, AR, Billing, GL, and Fas.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the FIN and IT teams to gather requirements, provide solutions, and ensure smooth system integration and operation.
  • Issue Resolution: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Workday FIN issues.
  • System Updates: Stay updated with the latest Workday features and enhancements and proactively suggest improvements.
  • P&C Initiatives: Work on People and Culture initiatives.
  • Testing and Deployment: Participate in testing and deployment of Workday updates and new functionalities.
  • Data Audits: Conduct data audits and ensure data integrity within the Workday system.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience working with Workday Finance, including implementation and configuration.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of finance processes and best practices, Workday certification/s, proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools within Workday, experience in creating complex reports using Workday, ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize tasks efficiently.
