Aged Care Nursing & Leadership Roles - Relocate to Regional Queensland and join our team of passionate aged care professionals working together to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. We have multiple positions available for Registered Nurses (RNs), Clinical Nurses (CNs), Clinical Care Managers, and Residential Service Managers (RSMs) in regional locations across Queensland.


About the Role

We are seeking experienced nurses who share our commitment to delivering exceptional care to our residents. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment, collaborating with healthcare professionals, families, and caregivers to ensure person-centered care. You will be responsible for delivering safe, evidence-based nursing care to patients with acute and chronic needs, supporting patients and families in decision-making, advocacy, and discharge planning, and contributing to clinical quality, safety, and improvement initiatives.


Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care for patients with acute and chronic mental health needs.
  • Work within a multidisciplinary team to provide patient-centred care.
  • Support patients and families in decision-making, advocacy, and discharge planning.
  • Supervise and mentor ENs and AINs where required.
  • Contribute to clinical quality, safety, and improvement initiatives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Minimum of 3 years' mental health nursing experience.
  • Strong clinical and risk management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a private hospital setting, with professionalism and teamwork.
