Key Role in Acute Care
Job OverviewA level 3 Senior Social Worker is required to work within a multidisciplinary team environment providing evidence-based interventions.
- This role involves providing clinical services to patient/client/consumer groups and circumstances of a complex nature requiring advanced practice skills and operation independently with minimal direct supervision.
- Providing clinical supervision and support to Level 1/2 Social Workers, Allied Health Assistants & students on clinical placement as required.
- Involvement in the planning, implementation and evaluation of services, development and leading of quality improvement activities and research with appropriate stakeholders.
High-Level Assessment and Therapeutic Services
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Social Work with eligibility for membership with Australian Association of Social Work (AASW), advanced clinical reasoning skills, well-developed time management skills, written and verbal communication, and IT skills including an ability or willingness to use telehealth as a mode of delivery of clinical care.
