About the Opportunity

This 24-month fixed-term program is designed to support new graduates in developing core mental health competencies and transitioning into practice.

  • Participate in rotations across adult and older adult services, including inpatient units, community teams, and residential recovery settings.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary teams delivering person-centred care.
  • Engage in reflective practice, professional development, mentoring, and regular supervision.
  • Receive support from Social Work Clinical Educators and the Allied Health Early Careers Team.
Requirements

To be considered, you must:

  • Have completed a Bachelor or Master's in Social Work within the past 24 months and be available to commence.
  • Be eligible for AASW membership.
  • If qualified overseas, provide an International Qualification Assessment via AASW.
  • Hold a current Victorian driver's licence.
