Sales Operations Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will provide operational support to our sales team, ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist sales teams with account creation, opportunity management, and other CRM-related tasks in Dynamics 365.
- Manage CRM account data, including hierarchy, contacts, account details, and preferences.
- Conduct post-go-live check-ins with merchants and partners, providing training and ensuring merchant requirements are met.
- Own and manage T1 and T2 customer configuration updates, collaborating with Customer Support as needed.
- Conduct merchant retention on T1 and T2 offboarding requests.
- Work closely with Sales and Onboarding teams to ensure a positive merchant experience.
- Oversee change management for T1 and T2 account resigns.
Requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail and broad administrative experience.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of CRM usage is preferred but not essential.
